Resident Evil 3 walkthrough Underground Storage
The following guide highlight the available items, documents, collectible, and puzzle solutions in the Underground Storage area.
Following the path through the hospital’s warehouse, Jill descends on a large platform into the Underground Storage in search of the secret Facility.

Hip Pouch
After Jill ascends on the second platform, at the very entrance to the secret laboratory, the first thing she will encounter is the Safe Room. On the cabinet next to the table, there is a Hip Pouch.
Elevator Notice
Right beside the Hip Pouch, on the table with the typewriter, you will find an Elevator Notice explaining that you need to collect fuses to restore power to the main generator.
First Fuse
When you descend to the large platform area with the elevator, attempting to use the elevator will cause a power outage, making the large fuse box missing three fuses noticeable. To find the first fuse, head to the opposite end of the room where you will see a lever that lowers a secondary platform. Ascend to the higher level using this platform, and you will find the box with the first fuse directly in front of you.
Charlie Doll #18
Right by the first fuse, descend the ladder on the left-hand side. After battling some dogs, continue following the path through the storage area until you reach a narrow passage. Squeeze through the passage, and immediately to your right, in the middle of the platform, you will find a figurine.
Shell Holder (Shotgun)
Lower the platform using the lever located just in front of the yellow stairs and pass through the lowered platform to the other side, where you will find a box containing the Shell Holder for the shotgun.
Second Fuse
At the same platform located next to the yellow stairs, ascend to a higher level and continue through the passage just to the left of the lever for raising the platform. This will take you to the next platform, which you need to raise using its lever. This will connect the path to the second fuse. After crossing the platform, descend the ladder and at the opposite end of the section, you will find a box with the second fuse, which you can collect after defeating the zombies and the strange creature.
Employee Memo
Back at the yellow stairs on the higher level, go through the door located to the left of the stairs into the room next to the Office safe room. On the boxes, you will find the Employee Memo.
Third Fuse
In the same room where the Employee Memo is located, before the Office Safe Room, there is a door on the left leading to the central part of the storage area and the location of the third fuse. Go through the door on the left, descend the ladder, and after battling the creature, you will find a box with the third fuse at the opposite end of the section.
Unfinished Activity Log
After restoring power in the Storage, take the elevator up to the Surveillance Room. In the middle of the control panel, you will find the Unfinished Activity Log.
Extended Barrel (Mag)
In the same Surveillance Room, behind the control panel on the right side, there is a box containing the Extended Barrel attachment for the .44 Magnum.
