Mr. Raccoon Toys are collectible figures in Resident Evil 2 Remake. They are small bobble head figurines spread throughout the game.
There are total of 15 toys. However you can’t find all of them in one playthrough.
8 toys can be found with both characters. 3 are locked to Leon. 3 are locked to Claire. And 1 is locked to the 2nd run game mode.
Once you break them, they won’t appear in any other playthrough. Breaking all of them, will reward you with an Unbreakable Combat Knife, which you will be able to use in future playthroughs. Breaking first one will unlock Vermin Extermination Achievement / Trophy. Breaking all of them will unlock Complete Vermin Extermination Achievement / Trophy.
The order of collecting/breaking Mr. Raccoon Toys in this playthrough is organized by doing Claire’s playthrough first and doing Leon’s second run playthrough afterwards.
You can collect total of 11 toys during your first playthrough and a total of 4 during your second run playthrough. This guide will highlight which toys are possible to obtain with Claire and which can be obtained with Leon.

Mr. Raccoon Toy 1
Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Police Station, West Office, 1F
As soon as you can enter the West side of the Police Station, you will be able to enter the West Office. Once inside the office, there will be a zombie, leaning on a desk in the middle of the room. Make sure to kill it. Behind it, is light blue shelf. Mr. Raccoon Toy is located on top of the shelf, on some boxes.

Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Police Station, S.T.A.R.S. Office, 2F
After you manage to turn off steam in the Shower Room on the Second Floor, make your way through the rest of the Shower Room into the hallway. A Lurker is present there, so beware. Enter the S.T.A.R.S. Office through the first door on the left. Mr. Raccoon Toy will be in the upper right part of the office, between box and PC Monitor on desk.

Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Police Station, Firing Range, B1
Once you end up in Parking Garage, make your way to the east door. Go through it, and follow the hallway until you reach the first door on the left. That’s the Firing Range. Enter it and make your way to the target section. Mr. Raccoon Toy will be next to one of the targets.

Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Police Station, Hallway, 2F
After getting back to police station with the elevator, you will end up searching for the Heart Key in the Chief’s Office. Once you find the key, you will be able to unlock the door leading to the hallway. Mr. Raccoon Toy will be right on the other side of the door, on a table next to a couch.

Location: Police Station, East Storage Room, 3F
After you find the Heart Key and exit the Chief’s Office, take the stairs to the 3rd floor, and enter the East Storage Room. If the door is still locked, you will have to go around through the Main Hall. After entering the East Storage Room, look for the door with a heart ornament. Mr. Raccoon Toy is on top of a storage shelf, on the left hand side.

Location: Police Station, Clock Tower, 3F
After getting the Jack Handle from the Records Room, you can make a platform in the Library, and make a path to the Clock Tower. In the Clock Tower room, don’t go upstairs. Take a look at very end of the room. There will be a door. Go through it and follow the hallway. You will find Mr. Raccoon Toy on a window sill, at the end of the hallway.

Location: Behind R.P.D., Destroyed Bus on Street
After a section of playing as Sherry, you will escape the Parking Garage as Claire. Follow the street and go through the Basketball Court. Shorty after exiting the Basketball Court, you will have to go through a zombie infested bus. Clear the bus and look for Mr. Raccoon Toy on dashboard of the bus.

Location: Orphanage, Nursery, 2F
After clearing the bus, and entering the Orphanage in search for Sherry. Go up the stairs and left. Open the door, and you are now in Nursery room. Toy should be right in front of you, inside a white cupboard.

Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Lower Sewers, Bottom Waterway, Connector
After you fight some G mutants in the sewage water in the Bottom Waterway with a heading toward the red light at the end. Right after the fight you will enter small Connector/passage between Bottom Waterway and Supplies Storage Room. Once up the stairs, Before entering Supplies Storage Room, look to the left behind table next to some boxes.

Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Laboratory, Cafeteria, B1
Once you escape the Sewers and enter Laboratory Lobby/Reception, take the first door on the right and follow the hallway until you reach the first door on the right hand wall. You will enter Cafeteria. Fight your way through it, and make your way to the ladder at the end of the room. The Figure will stand on a countertop by a window, next to the ladder.

Location: Laboratory, Nap Room, B1
Before being able to get to this Mr. Raccoon toy, you will have to find the Signal Modulator to be able to turn the power on in the Nap Room. Once you find Signal Modulator, head back to the Nap Room. The room is right next to the Cafeteria and Kitchen at the beginning of Laboratory. Once you turn the power on with Signal Modulator, the sleeping pods will open, and zombie encounter occurs. Mr. Raccoon toy is in one of Sleeping pods next to you.
Mr. Raccoon Toy 12
Character: Leon or Claire
Location: Police Station, Entrance, 1F
This toy is only available during the 2nd Run. As soon as you start 2nd Run playthrough, you will be outside the Police Station Entrance. Go to main entrance and down the stairs, continue up a second pair of stairs straight ahead. Mr. Raccoon toy will be on the left side between plants and bushes before going through small entrance.

Location: Police Station, Break Room, 1F
When you enter Break Room on first floor at the Police Station with Leon, continue through it to a second room with a sink. The toy is located between bunk bed and a leather bag.

Location: Sewer Entrance
After escaping from Parking Garage with Ada, follow her into the Sewers Entrance where you will be forced to escape large Mutated Alligator.
After the chase sequence with the Mutated Alligator, and after blowing it up with a gas pipe, look for a ladder. Before going up the ladder, look on north-west corner, behind some debris for Mr. Raccoon toy.
Mr. Raccoon Toy 15
Character: Leon
Location: Sewers, Incinerator
Once you are able to play with Ada. After escaping Mr.X, you will eventually end up in the Incinerator room. Once in it, look for a large Incinerator door. Mr. Raccoon toy will be on the right side, next to the door.
