G18 Handgun (Burst Model)
As soon as you wake up with Jill, you will find the Handgun in the same room. The Handgun will be located on the table.

Moving forward in the main courtyard hallway after the reception on the 1F, head to the left-hand side at the blocked section of the hallway to find the locked box.

After passing through the lab reception room, at the very entrance in the emergency entrance room, there is a small section on the right side where the locked locker is located.

Proceed further to the second floor through the hallway to the staff room, where another locked locker is located.

On the far side of the hallway, in the linen room, at the end of the room on the right, there is yet another locked locker.

.44 Ae Lightning Hawk
The .44 Ae, aka Magnum is located in the central part of the courtyard on the first floor. To reach it, you need to go to the second floor, pass through the passage underneath a pile, and jump through the window into the courtyard.

On the way to the underground facility, when you find yourself in the large warehouse space with vehicles, the figurine is located on the forklift in the middle of the hall.
